prenatal
Let’s face it, pregnancy isn’t always the most fun. Many women can experience discomfort and pain while navigating this journey in life. Prenatal massage is the perfect way to limit these unsavory side affects. With the aid of pillows, these services are performed while lying on your side so that there is no risk to the baby. Please keep in mind that prenatal services are only available once 12 weeks has been reached!

Cupping
This ancient massage technique became very popular in the U.S. after the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Therapists can use a wide variety of tools during this service, I personally use glass cups. With the use of air pressure and a “sucking” motion, cups are placed in strategic point on the body to help draw toxins and excess build-up from the inner tissues. While bruising does occur from this service, it is only temporary and is a sign of toxins being lifted to the surface.

In these sessions multiple techniques are tailored to each individual to achieve the best results possible. A custom session is delivered to each client depending on their desired results.

TMJ
Many people are unaware that jaw pain and fatigue while chewing can be symptoms of built-up tension around the jaw joint. This unique service involves intraoral massage while I wear gloves. To reach all the small muscles that help control the movement of the jaw, working inside the mouth is necessary. In most cases, clients can feel a relief of sinus pressure as well. Releasing tension around the jaw can lessen restrictions around the lymphatic nodes located behind the ear and in the surrounding areas. This service starts with a hot towel wrapped around the face, to help relax the muscles, while tension is released in the neck.

Add ons
Please be aware that all add ons are time taken out of your massage. Additional time is not added onto a service. 90 minute sessions typically give enough time for a full body massage and one to two add ons.
Foot scrub – a 15 min add on service. Your feet are wrapped in hot towels and then scrubbed with an espon salt scrub followed with hot towels again wrapping the feet. The service is finished with an in-depth foot massage. – $10
Hand Rejuvenation – a 15 min add on service. Your hands are wrapped in hot towels and then scrubbed with an epson salt scrub followed with hot towels again wrapping the hands. Thick lotion is then applied to the hands and gloves are used while we proceed with the rest of the service. The service is finished with an in-depth hand massage at the end of the body massage. – $10
Scalp Massage – a 10min add on service. 10 minutes of your session will be dedicated to giving a relaxing and tension relieving massage to the scalp utilizing essential oils. – $5
Aromatherapy – Your session is brought to new levels with the addition of essential oils. The oil you choose is added into the lotion that is applied during your session. The conjunction of smell, touch, and sound can influence a much deeper level of relaxation. Some oils also contain helpful ingredients that benefit the skin and muscles. – $10
